Day 23 – Back to Sydney and Vivid Festival

After landing back in Sydney on Friday we went into the city to see the lights of the Vivid Festival. Alice was here last year to see them and said how amazing she thought they were so thought it would be a nice last night for us both in Sydney.

^^ It looked nice to be in a boat watching the displays. But the bridge view was still pretty good ^^

We came with our Aunty and cousin which was lovely and spent the evening strolling through the streets checking out the projections.

^^ This spiral staircase projection was really good ^^

^^ I thought the Customs House theme was the best as it took you through a story with each projection ^^

^^ You forget the building behind, the projections are so realistic ^^

This was to be our last time in Sydney and so felt a bit strange knowing we wouldn’t be coming back for a while. We kept pointing out restaurants or places we wished we’d gone to but hadn’t had time. But like we always say on this trip, the things we don’t get done this time around, we can always check them out when we return. This is just our taster trip and Sydney has definitely got more to offer!
